Photography Course

Courses are conducted by professional photographer, June Andersen, at the MOGO ZOOm Learning Centre situated within the beautiful grounds of Mogo Zoo.

Mogo Zoo’s magnificent animals together with the wonderful sounds of lions and tigers as well as the sweet songs of the gibbons combine to make this a very special and unique venue for photography and learning.

The MOGO ZOOm course runs over 2 days and participants enjoy access to areas otherwise closed to Zoo visitors – this means an opportunity to utilize purpose-built viewing platforms and camera portholes.

We offer two different courses, MOGO ZOOm and MOGO ZOOm Advanced, and both include:

  • a two hour tutorial conducted by June
  • lunch and morning/afternoon tea on both days
  • course notes
  • lots of photo opportunities throughout the 2 days
  • guidance from June the entire time
  • expert commentary by Zoo Keepers who engage with the group during the 2 days
  • maximum of 8 people per course

Cost – $395.00 per person
